A comfortable Lekki base with welcoming staff, but choose carefully for quiet. an independent mid-range boutique hotel in Osapa London, Lekki, scored for what it is.

Mayhill is an independent mid-range boutique hotel in Osapa London, which its website places in Lekki Phase II—not Phase I. It’s a strong pick for travelers with plans nearby who want comfortable rooms and somewhere to eat and unwind. Recent Expedia guests repeatedly praise cleanliness, helpful staff and food; Tripadvisor feedback also supports the clean, comfortable-room picture. The pool, gym and rooftop lounge give it more facilities than a basic city hotel.

The rooftop is also the main caution: a June 2026 Expedia guest reported noise reaching rooms despite advertised soundproofing. One recent Tripadvisor reviewer found breakfast limited and shower water insufficiently hot, although these aren’t established patterns. We’d request a room away from the lounge and confirm the location before arrival. Skip it if silence or a Phase I address is essential.

• Best for: business travelers with plans around Osapa; couples wanting on-site dining; travelers who enjoy a rooftop lounge

• Watch out for: rooftop noise can reach rooms; Osapa London, not Lekki Phase I; limited recent reviews outside Expedia

• Location: The official address is Lekki Phase II; Tripadvisor identifies Osapa London and recommends a car.

• Rooms: Comfortable, well-presented rooms receive praise, but a recent guest challenges the soundproofing claim.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength in recent Expedia feedback, supported by Tripadvisor accounts.

• Service: Helpful, polite staff are frequently praised; one recent account describes uneven breakfast service.

• Amenities: Pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop lounge; Expedia lists complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking.

• Fees and surprises: Airport transfers, early check-in and late checkout can cost extra; confirm charges directly.
