#4 of 7 hotels in Dębniki by Axel's take. Dębniki is #6 of 7 places to stay in Krakow. The best hotels in Dębniki, ranked · Where to stay in Krakow

Axel's take: 8.7/10

A strong riverside choice for couples, provided stairs and gentle rocking won't bother you. A modern floating aparthotel on the Vistula, rather than a conventional 4-star, scored for what it is.

New Port is a modern floating aparthotel on the Vistula, not a conventional full-service 4-star. It's a strong pick for couples who want river views and something more personal than a standard city room. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness, comfortable beds and helpful reception staff; recent Tripadvisor reviews largely agree. The split-level rooms put a lounge below the sleeping area, with big windows making the water the main attraction.

The compromises are practical: steep bedroom stairs, low loft ceilings and occasional rocking make this a poor match for limited mobility or motion sensitivity. Breakfast is served at neighboring Pino River, so check whether your booking includes it. Older reviews describe disruptive Kazimierz–Ludwinów footbridge construction, but the crossing opened on October 4, 2026. We'd choose it for a distinctive couples' break, not effortless accessibility or full-service luxury.

Best for: Couples on a city break; Travelers who prioritize river views; Independent sightseers
Watch out for: Steep stairs and low sleeping-loft ceilings; Occasional movement from passing boats; Check breakfast inclusion and arrival access
Location: On the Vistula's south bank; guests typically describe around a 20-minute walk to central sights.
Rooms: Modern split-level accommodation with river-facing windows; loft headroom is a recurring limitation.
Cleanliness: A clear strength across Booking.com, Expedia and recent Tripadvisor reviews.
Service: Reception staff are widely praised for friendly, helpful assistance.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning and in-room tea/coffee; breakfast and dining at neighboring Pino River.
Fees and surprises: Parking and airport transfers cost extra; breakfast inclusion varies. The nearby footbridge opened October 4, 2026.
