Eden House is a historic, mid-range boutique inn, not a full-service luxury resort despite some four-star listings. It’s a strong pick for travelers who want Old Town character within walking distance of Duval Street without sleeping amid its busiest stretch. Expedia and Booking.com guests consistently praise cleanliness, helpful staff and the courtyard pool; recent Tripadvisor reviews largely echo those strengths. Choose the room category carefully: compact standard rooms and larger suites offer quite different experiences.

The main recurring drawback is room size, and parking is limited. More importantly, an October 2026 Tripadvisor guest reported the upper deck closed for construction, Azur restaurant closed and the tiki bar not opening during their stay, despite the official site advertising dining and drinks. Confirm those facilities before booking. We’d skip it if spacious rooms, easy parking or guaranteed on-site dining are essential.
