Axel's take: 8.2/10

Generous rooms and standout breakfasts, with less consistent service than the upscale setting promises. An upscale full-service business hotel in Banjara Hills, scored for what it is.

This upscale, full-service hotel in Banjara Hills is a strong pick for travelers who prioritize room space and good food over flawless luxury. Entry-level rooms measure a generous 44 square meters, and Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise comfortable beds, cleanliness and the breakfast buffet at Chill. An outdoor pool, gym, spa and several dining options make it practical for both business trips and family stays.

The trade-off is consistency: alongside abundant praise for helpful staff, recent reviews describe occasional housekeeping misses and uneven front-desk handling. Some guests also mention corridor noise, while the tucked-away approach makes the location less convenient on foot than the neighborhood name suggests. We'd choose it for spacious comfort and breakfast; we'd look elsewhere for seamless luxury service or easy metro access.

• Best for: Business travelers wanting spacious rooms; Families who value on-site dining; Breakfast enthusiasts

• Watch out for: Uneven housekeeping and front-desk follow-through; Occasional corridor noise; Tucked-away approach and limited metro convenience

• Location: Near Banjara Hills shopping and hospitals, but tucked off the main road; metro stations are not close.

• Rooms: Entry-level rooms are 44 square meters, with bathtubs and rain showers; spaciousness earns consistent praise.

• Cleanliness: Generally well rated, although some recent guests report missed housekeeping or bathroom-cleaning lapses.

• Service: Restaurant staff draw frequent praise; reception and request handling are less consistent.

• Amenities: Outdoor pool, gym, spa, restaurants, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service.

• Fees and surprises: Parking is free; breakfast may cost extra depending on the booking, and airport transfers are charged.
