Useful central location and helpful staff, but expect small, ageing rooms. a basic 3-star above a restaurant complex in central Hyderabad, scored for what it is.

Ohri’s Baseraa Inn is a basic 3-star above a restaurant complex in Basheer Bagh: a practical base rather than somewhere to linger. Its central location and dining options are the strongest reasons to book. Recent MakeMyTrip guests praise helpful staff, while a February 2025 Trip.com guest also liked the reception team and location. We’d consider it for a short, budget-minded city visit.

The compromise is the accommodation itself. June and July 2026 guests describe an old-looking property and small rooms; cleanliness feedback is mixed rather than consistently reassuring. Older Tripadvisor reviews reinforce the maintenance concerns, but shouldn’t be mistaken for current conditions. We’d skip it if fresh interiors or generous space matter. Confirm your reservation, breakfast, Wi-Fi and guest eligibility directly: the booking channels publish conflicting policies.

• Best for: budget-minded central-city visitors; short stays with dining close at hand

• Watch out for: small, ageing rooms; uneven cleanliness feedback; conflicting booking-channel policies

• Location: Central Basheer Bagh, convenient for Lumbini Park and city sightseeing.

• Rooms: Basic air-conditioned rooms; recent guests flag limited space and dated appearance.

• Cleanliness: Recent reports range from neat and clean to a serious hygiene complaint; consistency is the concern.

• Service: Helpful reception and room-service staff earn praise, though experiences are not uniformly positive.

• Amenities: Restaurant dining, lift and room service are listed; Expedia also lists free parking.

• Fees and surprises: Confirm breakfast and in-room Wi-Fi inclusions; OYO and MakeMyTrip disagree on couple and local-ID eligibility.
