Axel's take: 8.7/10

A strong HITEC City base, with clean rooms and helpful staff outweighing bathroom niggles. an independent 3-star business hotel in HITEC City, scored for what it is.

Kyzen is an independent 3-star business hotel that looks like a strong pick for HITEC City work trips or US visa biometrics appointments. Booking.com and Tripadvisor guests consistently praise clean, spacious rooms and helpful staff, while breakfast earns plenty of positive mentions. Its appeal is practical comfort and good value, not luxury; the restaurant, gym and nearby metro make it useful beyond an overnight stop.

The main reservations concern the bathrooms: some Expedia guests describe poor shower separation, and an October 2026 MakeMyTrip review flags insufficiently hot water. Noise complaints appear too, but do not dominate the feedback. The hotel itself warns that parking is limited. We'd choose it for a convenient business stay, but skip it if guaranteed quiet or consistently excellent showers are priorities.

• Best for: HITEC City business travelers; US visa biometrics appointments; Value-minded short stays

• Watch out for: Some shower and hot-water complaints; Occasional noise reports; Limited parking

• Location: Convenient for HITEC City offices, the metro and US visa biometrics appointments.

• Rooms: Frequently described as spacious and comfortable; bathroom layouts draw some criticism.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across Booking.com, Tripadvisor and MakeMyTrip feedback.

• Service: Helpful, courteous staff attract broad praise across review sites.

• Amenities: Restaurant, fitness centre, complimentary Wi-Fi and meeting facilities cover business-stay basics.

• Fees and surprises: Parking is listed as free but limited; confirm breakfast inclusion and extra-bed charges.
