A strong Causeway Bay base, but request a renovated room. a large, established five-star city hotel in Causeway Bay, scored for what it is.

The Park Lane is a large five-star city hotel whose strongest assets are its Causeway Bay location and staff. Now part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection rather than Pullman, it puts shopping, restaurants and the MTR within easy reach, opposite Victoria Park. We'd choose it for a comfortable city stay: Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise helpful service and cleanliness, while SKYE’s rooftop views add a genuine highlight.

The main reservation is uneven room condition. Recent guests on Tripadvisor and Trip.com describe both refreshed rooms and older accommodation with maintenance shortcomings, so request a renovated room explicitly. Guestroom refurbishment was advertised for June–August 2026, yet a September guest still reported construction noise; confirm the current position before booking. There’s no pool. We'd skip it for a resort-style family break or consistently polished luxury.

• Best for: shoppers and city explorers; business travelers; families prioritizing room space

• Watch out for: uneven room condition; refurbishment noise reported in September 2026; no swimming pool

• Location: Opposite Victoria Park, around five minutes’ walk from Causeway Bay MTR and close to shops.

• Rooms: Many categories are listed at 34 square meters; request renovated accommodation and confirm the view.

• Cleanliness: Generally praised across booking sites, despite occasional maintenance complaints.

• Service: Warm, helpful staff are a recurring strength, particularly in the Executive Lounge.

• Amenities: SKYE rooftop dining, PLAYT buffet, gym and qualifying-access Executive Lounge; no pool.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and breakfast can cost extra; confirm refurbishment status before booking.
