It's a good pick if you want to walk to the waterfront, restaurants and Scotiabank Centre rather than spend much time in the hotel. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise helpful staff and comfortable beds, and many describe clean rooms despite the aging decor. An indoor pool, gym and Tempo restaurant add useful extras.
