#1 of 3 hotels in Zona 15 & Vista Hermosa by Axel's take. Zona 15 & Vista Hermosa is #5 of 5 places to stay in Guatemala City. The best hotels in Zona 15 & Vista Hermosa, ranked · Where to stay in Guatemala City
Axel's take: 8.3/10
Strong on cleanliness, staff and skyline views, less convincing for five-star quiet. an upscale independent city hotel in Zona 15, scored for what it is.
Vista Quince is an upscale independent city hotel in Zona 15, and we'd choose it for comfortable rooms, attentive staff and city views rather than flawless five-star polish. Recent Expedia and Booking.com guests repeatedly praise cleanliness and service; Tripadvisor feedback reinforces that picture. The revolving rooftop restaurant gives it a distinctive draw, while larger suites and apartments make it useful for families and longer stays.
The clearest trade-off is soundproofing: recent guests on both Expedia and Booking.com report overnight traffic noise. Dining feedback is less consistent than praise for the views, and some guests flag maintenance details that fall short of luxury expectations. We'd request a quieter room and check whether breakfast is included. It's a strong Zona 15 base, but light sleepers seeking dependable silence should look elsewhere.
-

-
Service: Recent guests repeatedly praise helpful reception staff and attentive service.
-
