A strong Providencia base, with standout service and city-view balconies. a modern 4-star city hotel in Providencia, scored for what it is.

This modern 4-star in Providencia is a strong pick for business trips or a restaurant-focused Guadalajara weekend. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests consistently praise clean, comfortable rooms and genuinely helpful staff; Booking.com guests reinforce that picture. Private balconies and city views give it more character than a routine business hotel, while the seventh-floor Querida Luna restaurant earns repeated praise for breakfast and attentive service.

The trade-off is limited leisure facilities: there’s no pool, and guests on both Expedia and Tripadvisor describe an underwhelming gym. This is also a neighborhood base rather than a historic-center hotel, so expect rides for downtown sightseeing. Parking and pets cost extra, and breakfast depends on your booking. We’d choose it for comfort and hospitality, not a resort-style stay.

• Best for: business travelers around Providencia; couples who prioritize restaurants; travelers who value attentive service

• Watch out for: no pool and a modest gym; rides needed for historic-center sightseeing; parking, pets and some breakfasts cost extra

• Location: Providencia restaurants and cafés nearby; the historic center is not on the doorstep.

• Rooms: Modern rooms with private balconies and city views; comfort draws consistent praise.

• Cleanliness: A clear strength across Expedia, Booking.com and recent Tripadvisor feedback.

• Service: Warm, helpful staff are the most consistent highlight, especially in the restaurant.

• Amenities: Querida Luna restaurant, bar, gym and complimentary bicycles; no pool.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and pets carry fees; confirm breakfast inclusion and pet limits before booking.
