Axel's take: 7.9/10

A good airport stopover, with helpful staff and a few details to confirm. a practical 3-star business hotel near Dhaka airport, scored for what it is.

Grace 21 is a practical 3-star business hotel in Nikunja 2, best suited to an overnight airport stop or a short work trip. We'd pick it for convenience and helpful staff rather than its advertised luxury. Booking.com and Trip.com guests generally praise clean rooms, friendly service and airport access; the restaurant also earns positive mentions. Air-conditioning and a 24-hour café add useful comfort for travelers arriving late.

The trade-offs are compact single rooms and occasional reports of unreliable hot water or weak water pressure. Confirm breakfast and airport transfers in writing: the hotel's FAQ limits complimentary transfers to selected guests, despite broader claims elsewhere. We'd skip it for a spacious, polished leisure stay, but it's a good fit when a comfortable bed near the airport matters most.

• Best for: overnight airport stopovers; short business trips; solo travelers prioritizing convenience

• Watch out for: compact single rooms; occasional bathroom plumbing issues; breakfast and transfer inclusions vary

• Location: Convenient Nikunja 2 airport base; allow for traffic rather than relying on the advertised five-minute drive.

• Rooms: Generally comfortable with effective air-conditioning; singles are small and bathroom performance receives some criticism.

• Cleanliness: Mostly positive across Booking.com and recent Trip.com reviews, though not uniformly praised.

• Service: Helpful, friendly staff are a consistent strength; airport pickup arrangements need clear confirmation.

• Amenities: Restaurant, 24-hour café, Wi-Fi, gym and spa are advertised; confirm any essential facility before booking.

• Fees and surprises: Confirm breakfast, transfer charges and tax-inclusive totals; early check-in and late checkout may cost extra.
