Dhaka Regency is an established upscale business hotel near the airport, rather than a resort escape. We'd consider it for a short business stay: Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff and generous breakfast buffets, while the rooftop pool, dining and gym give it more substance than a basic airport stopover. Its appeal is practical convenience, not consistently polished luxury.

Room choice is the catch. Standard rooms can be windowless, and recent Trip.com guests describe dampness in some of them; noise complaints also appear on Expedia.
