Ciudad Jardín suits a different Cali trip: green space around La Babilla, restaurant outings and access to southern shopping and university destinations. Valle del Lili is useful when the hospital and nearby services drive your plans. The compromise is separation from the riverfront, historic neighborhoods and much of the visitor nightlife. Traffic and local street layouts add friction to repeated cross-city journeys.
