This large, aging 4-star beachfront convention resort makes most sense when location matters more than polish. The beach, Boardwalk and Ocean Center are right at hand, with two outdoor pools and plenty of on-site dining. Expedia guests repeatedly praise the ocean views and helpful staff, including recent visitors who found their rooms clean. We'd consider it for a beach-and-conference trip, but it isn't a reliably upscale Hilton experience.
Dated furnishings and maintenance problems recur across Expedia, Tripadvisor and Reddit; housekeeping feedback is more mixed than consistently poor. Resort charges and separate parking fees weaken the value, and self-parking means crossing the street. Management's September 2026 Tripadvisor replies promise extensive renovations soon, not completed upgrades. Confirm the work schedule before booking.
