6.6/10
Convenient for campus visits, but upkeep makes it a mixed budget choice.
This no-frills 3-star near Wright State University is a workable budget base, not a dependable all-rounder. Free breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi cover the basics, and rooms include microwaves and mini-fridges. Recent Expedia guests often praise comfortable beds, helpful staff and clean rooms; the location also suits Air Force Museum visits and nearby dining.
The catch is inconsistent upkeep. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly describe peeling tubs, broken bathroom fittings and dated interiors, with some reporting stained linens or uneven cleaning. Several late-2026 Expedia reviews are more encouraging, but they don't establish a property-wide fix. Wyndham advertises an indoor pool; past guests report closures or cold water, so confirm its condition before booking around swimming. It's reasonable for a short, practical stay; we'd skip it if spotless bathrooms and reliable facilities are priorities.

Best for: budget-conscious campus visitors; short Air Force Museum trips; travelers with pets
Watch out for: worn bathrooms and broken fittings; inconsistent cleaning; pool condition needs confirmation
Location: Near Wright State and I-675, with dining nearby and convenient driving access to the Air Force Museum.
Rooms: Microwaves and mini-fridges are useful; comfortable-bed praise competes with recurring maintenance complaints.
Cleanliness: Many guests find rooms clean, but stained linens and bathroom-cleaning complaints recur.
Service: Often friendly and helpful, though Tripadvisor reports include rude or absent front-desk staff.
Amenities: Free breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking and a gym; Wyndham lists an indoor pool whose current condition is unclear.
Fees and surprises: Pets incur a surcharge; confirm restrictions and any deposit directly rather than trusting the catalog's weight limit.
