Hotels in Detroita modern, design-focused mid-range hotel in Brush Park
8.8/10
A strong event-weekend base with standout staff, but street noise can interrupt sleep.
This is a modern, design-focused mid-range hotel in Brush Park, not a bare-bones budget stay. It's a strong pick for concerts and games, with Little Caesars Arena within easy walking distance and the QLINE nearby. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the welcoming staff, clean rooms and convenient location. The Conservatory's glass-roofed setting and TOPA rooftop bar give it more character than a straightforward business hotel.
The main compromise is sleep: several guests report loud traffic and late-night street activity, and some also mention noisy air-conditioning or sound from neighboring rooms. Ask for a room away from Woodward, though that isn't a guarantee of quiet. Breakfast and parking cost extra, and restaurant service draws occasional complaints about long waits. We'd choose it for an active city break, but skip it if uninterrupted quiet is your priority.
