8.5/10
A strong station-side pick, with helpful staff and little room to unpack.
This 3-star business hotel is a strong pick for travelers who prioritize easy train connections over floor space. Tokyo Station’s Yaesu side is minutes away, and Tripadvisor, Expedia and Booking.com guests repeatedly praise the helpful staff and cleanliness. Separate communal baths, a choice of pillows and complimentary evening drinks give it more appeal than a basic overnight stop. The baths are artificially carbonated, not natural hot springs.
The main compromise is space: small bedrooms and bathrooms make sharing with large suitcases awkward. Breakfast costs extra but earns generally positive feedback. There is also renovation uncertainty: the hotel scheduled first-floor lobby and exterior work through mid-August 2026, yet a September Expedia guest still reported renovations and cramped check-in space. Confirm completion before booking. We'd skip it for a spacious, leisurely stay; for rail-focused sightseeing, it delivers very well.

Best for: Travelers catching early trains; Solo sightseeing trips; Short stays with light luggage
Watch out for: Tight bedrooms and bathrooms; Breakfast costs extra; Lobby renovation completion needs confirmation
Location: Minutes from Tokyo Station’s Yaesu Central Exit; underground shopping-mall Exit 26 is especially convenient.
Rooms: Compact and functional; repeated guest complaints concern suitcase space and small bathrooms.
Cleanliness: Consistently positive across recent Expedia reviews and the broader Booking.com feedback.
Service: Friendly, helpful staff are a recurring strength across Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia.
Amenities: Separate communal baths, free evening drinks, pillow selection and coin laundry; breakfast is available for an additional charge.
Fees and surprises: Breakfast and parking cost extra; September 2026 feedback suggests lobby renovations outlasted the advertised schedule.
