Axel's take: 7.8/10

Generous suites and a handy central location, but not consistently five-star. an independent, five-star-listed all-suite city hotel, scored for what it is.

Suite Hotel Casa Diamond is a five-star-listed all-suite hotel beside Arab League Park, better suited to travelers seeking space than full-service luxury. We'd choose it for the roomy accommodation, comfortable beds and convenient tram access. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the breakfast and helpful staff, while kitchenettes and balconies in some suites make it a practical city base.

The trade-offs matter at this level: guests mention street noise, a small gym and occasional awkward service around luggage or checkout. Cleanliness feedback is predominantly strong, but separate 2026 reviews on Tripadvisor and Expedia report bathroom cockroaches—a concern worth flagging without treating it as the typical experience. SKY DIAMOND rooftop feedback is mixed, including a February closure and an October maintenance complaint; confirm its condition before counting on it. We'd skip this if polished luxury service and dependable leisure facilities are priorities.

• Best for: business travelers wanting extra space; couples exploring central Casablanca; families seeking suite accommodation

• Watch out for: street noise in some rooms; mixed rooftop condition and access reports; separate recent bathroom pest reports

• Location: Beside Arab League Park, with Hassan II Avenue tram access and central sights nearby.

• Rooms: Spacious suites with comfortable beds and kitchenettes; balconies depend on room category.

• Cleanliness: Mostly praised, though separate June and October 2026 reviews report bathroom cockroaches.

• Service: Usually helpful and welcoming, with some complaints about luggage handling and checkout procedures.

• Amenities: Well-liked breakfast, restaurant and small gym; confirm SKY DIAMOND rooftop availability and condition.

• Fees and surprises: Expedia lists free parking; airport transfers and late checkout carry additional charges.
