Welcoming staff and useful kitchenettes make this a better business base than sightseeing retreat. a practical 4-star aparthotel in Casablanca’s Sidi Maarouf business district, scored for what it is.

Casablanca Suites & SPA is a practical 4-star aparthotel in Sidi Maarouf, best suited to business trips and longer stays rather than sightseeing on foot. We'd pick a studio or suite for its kitchenette and extra space. Booking.com, Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise the welcoming staff, while cleanliness is generally a strength. The outdoor pool, gym and hammam add useful downtime options without making this a luxury resort.

The compromises matter: central attractions require transport, and there is no elevator. Recent Expedia guests flag late bar noise and smoke reaching the restaurant; these aren't universal complaints, but light sleepers should request a room away from the bar. Some also report missing room amenities. We'd skip it for a reliably quiet spa escape or step-free access, but it's a good, service-led base for work nearby.

• Best for: business travelers in Sidi Maarouf; longer stays with a kitchenette; travelers prioritizing helpful staff

• Watch out for: no elevator; reported bar noise and restaurant smoke; transport needed for central sights

• Location: Useful for Sidi Maarouf business addresses; less convenient for exploring the main sights on foot.

• Rooms: Compact standard rooms; studios and suites add kitchenettes, though some guests report missing amenities.

• Cleanliness: Generally well rated across Booking.com and Expedia, with recent praise for daily cleaning.

• Service: Warm, helpful reception staff are the most consistent strength across review sites.

• Amenities: Outdoor pool, fitness room, restaurant and paid spa treatments; do not assume an indoor pool.

• Fees and surprises: Confirm breakfast inclusions and transfer terms; the official site advertises free airport transport from four nights.
