Use this page-supplied URL; do not invent or look up internal IDs. Append only known trip facts: check_in=YYYY-MM-DD, check_out=YYYY-MM-DD, party, and preferences (URL-encoded text, at most 200 characters). Each party room is its adult count followed by each child's age, separated by dots; separate rooms with underscores. Example: party=2.7_1.0.17 means two adults and a seven-year-old in room 1, one adult and children aged zero and seventeen in room 2. Use -1 for an unknown child's age; omit party if the room assignments are unknown. Never guess dates, ages or room assignments. Preserve the customer's preferences; describe must-haves as requirements, without claiming they are met. Omit unknown fields; Axel asks for missing stay details. Prefer a supplied selected-stay link if it matches the latest request. Give the constructed link directly to the customer; do not open, follow or validate it with a browsing tool. A browsing-tool refusal does not mean the customer link is broken. Clicking opens this hotel’s details and rooms for the stay. Email is needed only at booking. No contact or payment information belongs in the URL.

Optional: inspect rooms and rates at Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center. Use known dates and guests; selecting a room or rate is optional.

Axel's take: 8.1/10

A strong ski-family base, provided convenience matters more than updated rooms. a mid-range slopeside condo resort and conference center, scored for what it is.

Beaver Run is a mid-range condo resort and conference center at Peak 9, and we'd choose it for an easy family ski trip rather than polished interiors. Slopeside access, ski storage and a free town shuttle simplify the logistics, while pools, hot tubs and an arcade give non-skiers something to do. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, clean accommodations and the location.

The compromise is consistency: units are independently owned, and guest reports range from updated and comfortable to noticeably tired. The sprawling layout can mean confusing walks between buildings. There is no air-conditioning, parking costs extra, and dining options can shrink off-season. Check lift operating dates before counting on ski-in/ski-out access. We'd skip it if contemporary rooms or reliably cool summer bedrooms are priorities.

Best for: families on ski vacations; groups wanting condo-style space; travelers prioritizing lift access
Watch out for: uneven updates between units; no air-conditioning; paid parking and seasonal dining
Location: Beside Peak 9 skiing, with a free town shuttle; ski-in/ski-out depends on lift operations.
Rooms: Hotel rooms and individually owned condos; condition varies, and none have air-conditioning.
Cleanliness: Generally a strength across recent guest feedback, despite dated finishes in some units.
Service: Helpful staff and convenient shuttle service draw repeated praise.
Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, arcade, gym, spa and dining make this a practical family base.
Fees and surprises: Guest parking is charged year-round; verify off-season restaurant and lift availability.
