Alt Hotel Nana is a simple 4-star rather than a polished upscale stay, and we'd pick it for value and helpful service. Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the staff and generally clean, comfortable rooms; the suites offer particularly generous space. Breakfast also earns good feedback. The free shuttle helps offset the back-lane location, roughly a 12-minute walk from Nana BTS.
The compromises are worth knowing. Recent guests report traffic noise in highway-facing rooms and weak soundproofing, while some rooms show wear. Economy rooms have no windows, so choose carefully. Booking.com guests reported the swimming pool closed for refurbishment in June 2026, with the work also restricting gym use; the advertised completion was July 7, but reopening wasn't confirmed in the evidence we found.
