Axel's take: 7.8/10

A solid central base with well-liked rooms and food, but check your connectivity needs. a practical 3-star business hotel in central Bengaluru, scored for what it is.

I V Sanctum is a practical 3-star business hotel near Anand Rao Circle, convenient for Bengaluru’s main railway station and bus terminal. It’s a good pick for travelers who want comfortable basics rather than luxury. Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise spacious, clean rooms, helpful reception staff and breakfast; Trip.com feedback broadly supports that picture. Restaurants, a bar, a gym and meeting facilities give it useful substance beyond a room for the night.

The reservations are worth noting: Booking.com’s overall feedback is less enthusiastic, with particularly weak Wi-Fi scores, and some guests mention noise carrying between rooms. Breakfast earns more praise for taste than variety. We’d choose it for a straightforward city or work trip, but skip it if dependable internet or undisturbed quiet is essential.

• Best for: short business trips; rail and bus connections; travelers seeking comfortable basics

• Watch out for: weak Wi-Fi feedback; some reports of inter-room noise; limited breakfast variety

• Location: Central Gandhinagar location near Anand Rao Circle, convenient for the main rail and bus terminals.

• Rooms: Guests commonly describe spacious, comfortable rooms; some report sound carrying from neighboring rooms.

• Cleanliness: Predominantly positive feedback, especially in the available 2025 guest reviews.

• Service: Reception staff receive frequent praise, though individual service complaints appear.

• Amenities: The official site lists two restaurants, a resto-bar, gym, free Wi-Fi and banquet facilities.

• Fees and surprises: Expedia lists free parking; airport transfers and extra beds carry additional charges.
