Axel's take: 8.6/10

Spacious rooms and strong transport links make this a dependable base beyond the canal belt. a modern 4-star business hotel near Amsterdam RAI, scored for what it is.

This modern 4-star business hotel is a strong pick for RAI events or an Amsterdam break where room space matters more than a canal-side address. Booking.com, Expedia and Trip.com guests consistently praise the spacious rooms, city views and generous breakfast. Cleanliness feedback is predominantly strong, and the sauna, steam rooms and gym give it more appeal than a straightforward conference hotel. Nearby Amsterdam RAI station makes trips into town practical.

The trade-off is the setting: this is the business district, not atmospheric old Amsterdam, so expect to use public transport for sightseeing. Parking costs extra and cannot be reserved. A few guests flag housekeeping misses, though these are exceptions to the broader positive picture. We'd choose it for comfort and convenience; skip it if wandering straight into canal-side streets is your priority.

• Best for: RAI conference visitors; business travelers; city-break travelers wanting spacious rooms

• Watch out for: Outside the historic center; Paid parking cannot be reserved; Occasional housekeeping misses

• Location: Near Amsterdam RAI station and the convention center; sightseeing generally involves public transport.

• Rooms: Spacious, modern rooms with large windows; guests repeatedly praise comfort and views.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall feedback across sites, with occasional reports of dust or incomplete cleaning.

• Service: Mostly friendly and helpful according to guests, though not uniformly polished.

• Amenities: Wellness area with saunas and steam rooms, a gym, restaurant and bar; breakfast earns particular praise.

• Fees and surprises: Breakfast may be extra; garage parking and EV charging spaces are subject to availability and cannot be reserved.
