Axel's take: 6.8/10

Convenient for markets and transport, but room standards are uneven. A practical 3-star business hotel in Vile Parle East, scored for what it is.

Hotel Parle International is a practical 3-star business hotel whose strongest asset is its Vile Parle East location: shops, food and the railway station are close, with useful airport access. We'd consider it for a short, convenience-led stay rather than a relaxing break. Recent Expedia and Trip.com guests praise clean rooms, helpful staff and breakfast; the hotel's Gujarati thali restaurant and round-the-clock coffee shop add practical appeal.

Consistency is the catch. Tripadvisor and other booking-site reviews also describe worn bathrooms, stained linen, missing supplies and unhelpful complaint handling. Renovation noise was reported as recently as August 2026; completion could not be confirmed, so ask about work before booking. Street and railway noise are further considerations. We'd skip it if quiet, reliably fresh rooms or polished service matter more than location.

• Best for: Short business stays in Vile Parle; Travelers prioritizing markets and rail access; Airport stopovers with time for transfers

• Watch out for: Uneven housekeeping and room maintenance; Renovation noise reported in August 2026; Street and railway noise

• Location: Close to Vile Parle station, shops and restaurants; allow for traffic when heading to the airport.

• Rooms: Some guests find rooms comfortable and spacious; others report tired bathrooms and unreliable air conditioning or Wi-Fi.

• Cleanliness: Recent reports range from very clean rooms to stained linen and dusty surfaces.

• Service: Helpful staff earn praise, but dismissive complaint handling recurs across sites.

• Amenities: Gujarati thali restaurant, 24-hour coffee shop, bar, free Wi-Fi and a listed gym.

• Fees and surprises: Airport transfers cost extra; confirm breakfast inclusion and renovation status before booking.
