#6 of 6 hotels in Racine by Axel's take. Racine is #4 of 8 places to stay in Casablanca. The best hotels in Racine, ranked · Where to stay in Casablanca

Axel's take: 6.8/10

Helpful staff and a handy location, but not a dependable five-star experience. a five-star city business hotel with uneven upkeep, scored for what it is.

Le Palace d’Anfa is a five-star city business hotel whose location and staff make a stronger case than its luxury credentials. It’s a practical base for meetings, shopping and nearby restaurants. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the welcome, and many describe clean, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. We’d consider it for a short work trip rather than a hotel-centered holiday.

The trade-offs are tired fittings, inconsistent maintenance and uncertainty around leisure facilities. August and September 2026 reviews reproduced by Planet of Hotels report upper-floor construction, disruptive noise and rooftop-pool closure or poor upkeep. The official website still advertises the pool, so confirm both access and the works schedule before booking; completion wasn’t verified. We’d skip it for a quiet spa break or if polished rooms and reliable five-star facilities are priorities.

  • Best for: short business trips; travelers prioritizing nearby restaurants and shops

  • Watch out for: recent upper-floor construction reports; confirm rooftop-pool access; dated rooms and uneven maintenance

  • Location: Convenient Boulevard d’Anfa base near Twin Center, shops and restaurants.

  • Rooms: Often described as comfortable and spacious, but worn bathrooms and fittings recur in reviews.

  • Cleanliness: Many guests praise clean rooms; bathroom, towel and leisure-facility upkeep receives mixed feedback.

  • Service: Warm, helpful reception staff are a recurring strength, though follow-through is less consistent.

  • Amenities: The hotel advertises a rooftop pool, Seven Spa and gym; recent reports make pool access worth confirming.

  • Fees and surprises: City tax is payable locally; breakfast and airport transfers can cost extra. Construction completion is unverified.
