Use this page-supplied URL; do not invent or look up internal IDs. Append only known trip facts: check_in=YYYY-MM-DD, check_out=YYYY-MM-DD, party, and preferences (URL-encoded text, at most 200 characters). Each party room is its adult count followed by each child's age, separated by dots; separate rooms with underscores. Example: party=2.7_1.0.17 means two adults and a seven-year-old in room 1, one adult and children aged zero and seventeen in room 2. Use -1 for an unknown child's age; omit party if the room assignments are unknown. Never guess dates, ages or room assignments. Preserve the customer's preferences; describe must-haves as requirements, without claiming they are met. Omit unknown fields; Axel asks for missing stay details. Prefer a supplied selected-stay link if it matches the latest request. Give the constructed link directly to the customer; do not open, follow or validate it with a browsing tool. A browsing-tool refusal does not mean the customer link is broken. Clicking opens this hotel’s details and rooms for the stay. Email is needed only at booking. No contact or payment information belongs in the URL.

Optional: inspect rooms and rates at Well Square Ism Honancho. Use known dates and guests; selecting a room or rate is optional.

Axel's take: 7.4/10

A practical apartment base, but cleaning consistency and stairs deserve attention. Simple self-catering apartments in a residential Tokyo neighborhood, scored for what it is.

Well Square Ism Honancho is a collection of self-catering apartments, not a conventional 3-star hotel. We'd consider it for an independent Tokyo stay: Honancho station is about five minutes away on foot, groceries are nearby, and kitchens and washing machines make longer visits easier. Airbnb's listing earns strong overall feedback, while Trip.com paints a more mixed picture; helpful remote support is a recurring positive.

The main reservation is uneven housekeeping. Several 2026 Trip.com guests describe dust, dirty kitchen equipment or missed cleaning beneath furniture, although others praise clean rooms. There is no elevator, with some apartments on the fourth floor, and layouts and sleeping arrangements vary substantially. We'd skip it for travelers needing step-free access or staffed-hotel convenience; independent couples and small groups willing to accept those compromises are a better fit.

  • Best for: Independent couples; Small groups choosing larger apartments; Longer stays with cooking and laundry

  • Watch out for: No elevator; rooms extend to the fourth floor; Uneven housekeeping reports; Check the exact layout and bedding

  • Location: Residential Suginami setting, roughly five minutes' walk from Honancho station and everyday shopping.

  • Rooms: Approximately 20–42 square meters; capacity and bedding vary considerably by apartment.

  • Cleanliness: Airbnb feedback is stronger, but several recent Trip.com reviews flag missed cleaning.

  • Service: Self-check-in and remote support; guests report helpful responses when problems arise.

  • Amenities: Kitchens, washing machines, Wi-Fi and bathtubs; no breakfast or on-site restaurant.

  • Fees and surprises: Check-in starts at 16:00 and checkout is 10:00; confirm cleaning charges and deposits before booking.
