Zurich Marriott is a five-star business hotel on the Limmat, and we’d choose it for comfortable beds, helpful staff and convenient rail connections rather than intimate Swiss character. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness, breakfast and service. Recent guests also like the refreshed rooms and river views; the M Club is a useful extra if your booking includes access.
The catch is uneven room condition while a phased room-and-window renovation continues toward completion in early 2027. Ask specifically for a renovated room and confirm whether work will affect your dates. Some recent guests on Expedia and Trip.com report weak air-conditioning, although feedback remains strongly positive overall. Allow roughly ten minutes to walk to the main station.
