For four proper beds near the big sights, start with Hôtel Malte - Astotel in Louvre & Les Halles. Yuna Montmartre - ApartHotel in Montmartre offers more space, a kitchenette and shared laundry. Moxy Paris Bastille in Bastille & République is the lowest-cost option here, but tight. Crowne Plaza Paris Republique, beside the Marais, combines two double beds with five Métro lines. For generous Left Bank space, consider Relais Christine in Saint-Germain.

Questions families ask
Can we get two queen beds in one Paris room?
Do not assume a room for four has two queens. Crowne Plaza Paris Republique has a specific two-double-bed category, while many other options use sofa beds. Hôtel Malte’s Duplex offers a double and two singles, configurable on request. Hôtel Augustin gives children separate convertible bunks, but those bunks are narrower and shorter than conventional single beds.
Can a crib or rollaway make a smaller room work for four?
Book a category already approved for four rather than relying on an extra bed. Yuna Montmartre, La Lanterne and Le Presbytère list no extra beds. Le Tsuba and Moxy have conflicting rollaway policies, so confirm directly. Several hotels offer free cribs on request, subject to availability and room limits; a crib does not automatically increase permitted occupancy.
How much more does a room for four cost?
There is no reliable citywide uplift. La Lanterne’s Suite costs substantially more than its cheapest room for two on the same night, but comparable information is unavailable for most others. Moxy, Crowne Plaza and Yuna sit at the lower-cost end here. Relais Christine is a luxury choice. Check breakfast inclusion and housekeeping charges when comparing bookings.
Which neighborhoods make sightseeing easiest with children?
Louvre & Les Halles suits families prioritizing central sights: Hôtel Malte is walkable to the Louvre and Palais-Royal. La Lanterne’s Latin Quarter location works for Notre-Dame and the Panthéon. République offers five Métro lines at Crowne Plaza. Yuna’s residential Montmartre setting suits apartment-style stays, but expect Métro journeys to many central sights.
What should we confirm before booking a family room?
Confirm the exact category, all four occupants and the children’s bedding. At Crowne Plaza, request the two-double-bed room rather than a generic Standard Room. At La Lanterne, choose Suite, not Suite Duplex. Check stairs too: Malte is split-level, while Le Presbytère’s top-floor suite requires four floors of stairs without an elevator.
