Axel's take: 9.0/10

A dependable central base that gets comfort, cleanliness and service right. a modern 4-star business hotel near Warsaw Central station, scored for what it is.

This modern 4-star business hotel is a strong pick for a comfortable Warsaw base without luxury-hotel fuss. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise spotless rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff and a varied breakfast; Booking.com’s strong cleanliness and comfort scores reinforce that picture. Central station is roughly a kilometre away, with restaurants and public transport closer. The top-floor gym adds skyline views, and a sauna complements the practical facilities.

The trade-offs are mostly logistical: this is modern downtown Warsaw, not an atmospheric Old Town address. Drivers should know that paid underground parking has limited spaces and uses a car lift rather than a ramp. Breakfast is not included in every booking, and there is no airport shuttle. We'd choose it for business trips and well-connected city breaks; skip it if historic surroundings or a pool are priorities.

• Best for: business travelers; city breaks using public transport; travelers arriving by train

• Watch out for: Not in the Old Town; Limited paid parking accessed by car lift; No pool or airport shuttle

• Location: Downtown base roughly one kilometre from Central station, with metro and tram links nearby.

• Rooms: Modern, comfortable rooms; recent guests particularly praise the beds and good upkeep.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across Booking.com, Expedia and recent Tripadvisor reviews.

• Service: Recent reviews repeatedly describe reception and housekeeping staff as friendly and helpful.

• Amenities: Restaurant-bar, free Wi-Fi, skyline-view gym and sauna; no swimming pool.

• Fees and surprises: Parking and pets cost extra; check breakfast inclusion, and do not expect a complimentary shuttle.
