Axel's take: 7.8/10
Good-value space and friendly staff, but road noise undermines the restful setting. A small, mid-range boutique hotel with apartment-style rooms in inland Aldea Zama, scored for what it is.
Zereno is a small, mid-range boutique hotel with apartment-style accommodation in inland Aldea Zama—not a beachfront resort. It’s a good-value base for travelers who prioritize space over being beside the sand. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise cleanliness, comfortable rooms and helpful reception staff; larger apartments with kitchens suit families particularly well. The garden and small outdoor pool add appeal between outings.
The main compromise is noise: Tripadvisor and recent Booking.com guests repeatedly describe traffic disturbing road-facing rooms, sometimes throughout the night. Breakfast also draws recurring criticism for limited portions and variety. Despite the name, beach access means an arrangement with an off-site club; the official website currently names Mía. Confirm transport and club conditions before booking. We’d skip it for light sleepers or anyone wanting an easy, beach-first stay.
