Camel’s Garden is an independent mid-range ski hotel whose biggest advantage is right outside: Telluride’s gondola, lifts and river trail, with downtown restaurants an easy walk away. It’s a strong pick if you want mountain access without staying apart from town. Recent Tripadvisor, Expedia and Trip.com guests consistently praise spacious, clean rooms and helpful staff. The outdoor hot tub, on-site barbecue restaurant and included continental breakfast round out a well-equipped base.
