Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff; recent Expedia feedback remains strongly positive. Altitude and Blu Bar on level 36 add to the appeal for a special occasion. Choose your room category carefully: some offer partial Opera House views, while Barangaroo-facing rooms overlook a different stretch of waterfront.

The trade-offs are the steep uphill return from Circular Quay and interiors that guests on Tripadvisor and Expedia sometimes describe as dated.
