8.3/10
A handy old-town base with helpful staff, but check street works before booking.
Welldone Antiquarium is a small, simple boutique hotel with kitchenette-equipped rooms near Las Setas. It’s a strong pick for exploring Seville on foot without paying for full-service extras. Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the helpful reception team, convenient location and comfortable rooms. The hotel confirms that every room has a fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine; selected rooms add a private garden or terrace.
The main reservation is consistency rather than comfort. Most feedback is positive, but a few recent Tripadvisor guests report cleaning or bathroom-maintenance failures and disappointing follow-up. Street works also drew complaints across sites, including early-morning noise in February 2026; their current status is unconfirmed. We’d check before booking if sleep matters most, and look elsewhere if you need on-site parking or extensive hotel facilities.
