Hotels in Seoula budget love motel near Sinchon station
6.4/10
Convenient for Sinchon, but cleanliness and late check-in make this a compromise.
Hotel Lassa is a budget love motel near Sinchon station, rather than a conventional full-service 3-star. Its strongest argument is location: Trip.com and Expedia guests consistently praise easy subway access and nearby restaurants, shops and cafés. Some also report helpful reception staff and appreciate the complimentary lobby drinks. We'd consider it for a short, location-first stay, but it isn't a dependable all-rounder.
Cleanliness is the sticking point. Alongside satisfied guests, recent reviews on both sites describe dirty bedding, hair and tired room conditions; room sizes and layouts also vary. Some one-night bookings specify 10 p.m. check-in, so read the exact room conditions rather than assuming afternoon arrival. An April 2026 Expedia guest reported major building construction next door with early-morning noise; its current status needs checking. We'd skip it if reliable housekeeping, an early check-in or a quiet morning matters most.

Best for: Budget travelers prioritizing subway access; Short stays around Sinchon
Watch out for: Recurring cleanliness complaints; 10 p.m. check-in on some bookings; Next-door construction reported in April 2026
Location: Close to Sinchon station, with plentiful dining and shopping nearby.
Rooms: Simple rooms with variable sizes and layouts; recent guests report maintenance shortcomings.
Cleanliness: Mixed feedback, with repeated bedding and bathroom complaints across Trip.com and Expedia.
Service: Several guests praise helpful reception staff, though experiences are inconsistent.
Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and refrigerators; guests mention complimentary lobby coffee, water and juice.
Fees and surprises: Confirm check-in and consecutive-night conditions; Expedia lists no parking, and nearby construction remains unverified.
