Axel's take: 8.2/10
A strong self-catering base, with generous space but uneven room condition and sales pitches. A mid-range, condo-style timeshare resort in West Sedona, scored for what it is.
This mid-range, condo-style timeshare resort is a strong pick for families and hikers who want room to spread out rather than full hotel service. Studios and suites offer kitchen facilities, and four outdoor pools, hot tubs and barbecue areas make downtime easy. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise spacious accommodation, clean rooms and well-kept grounds. We'd choose it for a longer, self-catering stay with a car; Hilton puts central Sedona about ten minutes away.
The main trade-offs are uneven room condition and recurring timeshare sales pitches. Some guests describe tired furnishings and maintenance issues despite the largely positive overall feedback. There's no on-site restaurant, and a daily resort charge plus separate parking fee reduce the value. Management says a comprehensive renovation is scheduled to begin in January 2027. We'd skip it for polished interiors, walk-to-dinner convenience or a sales-free arrival.
