7.8/10
A useful self-catering base, with some wear and inconsistent Wi-Fi.
This is a practical 3-star extended-stay hotel, strongest when you want a kitchen rather than full-service extras. We'd shortlist it for longer Silicon Valley visits: groceries and restaurants are walkable, breakfast is included, and suites make self-catering easy. Recent Expedia and Trip.com guests frequently praise clean rooms and helpful staff, though Tripadvisor's overall verdict is more restrained.
The compromises are uneven room upkeep, a small gym and Wi-Fi reliability complaints on both Expedia and Tripadvisor. Parking costs extra, and Marriott's housekeeping information conflicts, so confirm the cleaning schedule rather than assume daily service. A July 2026 Expedia guest also reported property upgrades; ask whether any disruptive work remains. We'd skip it for a polished getaway or work trips requiring dependable in-room internet.

Rooms: Equipped kitchens and useful suite layouts; some guests report worn furnishings and maintenance issues.
Cleanliness: Recent Expedia reviews are largely positive, with occasional housekeeping lapses elsewhere.
Service: Friendly, helpful staff receive repeated praise; problem handling is less consistent.
Amenities: Included hot breakfast, guest laundry, a small gym and barbecue patio.
Fees and surprises: Parking and pets incur fees; confirm housekeeping frequency and whether summer upgrades are complete.
