This practical 3-star Courtyard is a good base for exploring Old Town, rather than a hotel to build your vacation around. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the welcoming staff, walkable restaurant access and generally clean rooms. Overall guest ratings remain strong. The outdoor pool, hot tub and gym round out a useful mid-range package.
The main caveat now is construction: Expedia lists select-guestroom renovations from September 27, 2026, through January 31, 2027, during business hours; Marriott also warns some areas may be unavailable. Older interiors attract criticism, and freeway-facing rooms are worth avoiding if quiet matters. Parking and breakfast cost extra, and there’s no hotel airport shuttle.
