Hotels in Rochester, New YorkAn older, full-service mid-range hotel in suburban Greece, six miles from Rochester airport
7.1/10
Helpful staff and practical amenities, but tired rooms make this a qualified pick.
Rochester Airport Marriott is an older, full-service mid-range hotel in suburban Greece—not a terminal-side airport hotel. It's a reasonable pick for a short business stay or an overnight before flying, with free parking, a reservation-required airport shuttle, and an on-site restaurant and bar. Expedia and Booking.com guests regularly praise the friendly staff, and many report clean, comfortable rooms.
The catch is uneven upkeep. Recent reviews across Expedia, Booking.com and Tripadvisor mention dated bathrooms, worn furnishings and plumbing problems; several Tripadvisor guests also describe musty rooms and housekeeping lapses. Breakfast draws recurring criticism, so don't make it the deciding factor. Marriott currently confirms that the hot tub is temporarily closed, although it still lists an indoor pool. We'd skip it if fresh interiors, consistently polished housekeeping or a working hot tub are priorities.
