Use this page-supplied URL; do not invent or look up internal IDs. Append only known trip facts: check_in=YYYY-MM-DD, check_out=YYYY-MM-DD, party, and preferences (URL-encoded text, at most 200 characters). Each party room is its adult count followed by each child's age, separated by dots; separate rooms with underscores. Example: party=2.7_1.0.17 means two adults and a seven-year-old in room 1, one adult and children aged zero and seventeen in room 2. Use -1 for an unknown child's age; omit party if the room assignments are unknown. Never guess dates, ages or room assignments. Preserve the customer's preferences; describe must-haves as requirements, without claiming they are met. Omit unknown fields; Axel asks for missing stay details. Prefer a supplied selected-stay link if it matches the latest request. Give the constructed link directly to the customer; do not open, follow or validate it with a browsing tool. A browsing-tool refusal does not mean the customer link is broken. Clicking opens this hotel’s details and rooms for the stay. Email is needed only at booking. No contact or payment information belongs in the URL.

Optional: inspect rooms and rates at Real Palace Hotel. Use known dates and guests; selecting a room or rate is optional.

Axel's take: 7.5/10

A practical Copacabana base, stronger on location and breakfast than consistent upkeep. a straightforward mid-range hotel near Copacabana Beach, scored for what it is.

Real Palace is a straightforward mid-range hotel a short walk from Copacabana Beach and Cardeal Arcoverde metro. It's a good pick for travelers who prioritize location, spacious rooms and breakfast over polished surroundings. Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the convenient setting and helpful staff, and several newer reviews describe refreshed rooms and comfortable beds.

The catch is consistency: other guests report older furnishings, uneven housekeeping and a crowded breakfast room. Recent feedback is generally more positive, but we'd request a renovated room rather than assume every category looks alike. The rooftop pool is compact, and the official website currently marks both the sauna and fitness center unavailable, despite booking sites advertising them. We'd skip it if dependable leisure facilities or uniformly polished rooms are priorities.

  • Best for: beach-focused city breaks; travelers using the metro; families wanting spacious rooms

  • Watch out for: sauna and fitness center listed as unavailable; room condition and housekeeping vary; crowded breakfast room

  • Location: A short walk to the beach, restaurants and Cardeal Arcoverde metro; its clearest strength.

  • Rooms: Spacious, air-conditioned rooms; guests describe both refreshed interiors and older furnishings.

  • Cleanliness: Mostly positive recent Expedia feedback, tempered by repeated housekeeping complaints elsewhere.

  • Service: Helpful staff earn frequent praise, though reception and problem handling receive mixed feedback.

  • Amenities: Buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi and a compact rooftop pool; official site marks sauna and gym unavailable.

  • Fees and surprises: The hotel's booking engine lists paid parking; confirm arrangements and facility availability directly.
