Hotel Otakar is a simple 3-star in an older Art Nouveau building, best treated as a practical sightseeing base rather than a destination hotel. We'd pick it for value and transport: trams stop outside, and nearby restaurants offer alternatives to eating in the tourist center. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, clean rooms and the included breakfast. Apartments with kitchens are worth considering for longer stays.
