6.6/10
Convenient and roomy, but upkeep makes this a budget compromise.
Hotel Suites Ambassador is a budget 3-star aparthotel in El Cangrejo, best considered for its location and room space rather than polish. Restaurants, shops and the metro are within walking distance. Recent Expedia guests often praise helpful staff and comfortable mattresses, while an August 2026 Tripadvisor reviewer reports daily cleaning and working air conditioning and hot water. We'd consider it for a simple city stay with modest expectations.
The catch is inconsistent upkeep. Expedia's overall rating remains middling, with property condition its weakest category; recent comments mention dated equipment and maintenance faults. Cleanliness feedback is mostly positive, but not uniformly so. Breakfast is simple, and one recent guest found the advertised kitchenette amounted to little more than a sink. We'd skip it if you need dependable self-catering facilities, reliable working Wi-Fi or consistently fresh interiors.
