#1 of 6 hotels in Warm Sands by Axel's take. Warm Sands is #5 of 5 places to stay in Palm Springs. The best hotels in Warm Sands, ranked · Where to stay in Palm Springs
Axel's take: 9.3/10
A standout small hotel for quiet pool days and genuinely attentive service. A small, adults-only boutique hotel with motel-style simplicity, scored for what it is.
Les Cactus is a simple, adults-only boutique hotel with 27 rooms, playful pink décor and unusually consistent praise for getting the basics right. We'd put it high on the list for a relaxed Palm Springs break. Recent Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise spotless rooms, comfortable beds and staff who offer thoughtful local recommendations. The pool, hot tub and included continental breakfast baskets give it more appeal than its modest size suggests.
The trade-off is scope, not a recurring service problem: this is a small hotel rather than a full-service resort. Downtown is roughly five minutes away by car, and Expedia lists limited reception hours, so arrange late arrivals ahead. We'd skip it for a party scene or an everything-on-site stay; couples and solo travelers wanting quiet pool time are its natural audience.
