#8 of 9 hotels in Old Town & Highway 192 by Axel's take. Old Town & Highway 192 is #8 of 12 places to stay in Orlando. The best hotels in Old Town & Highway 192, ranked · Where to stay in Orlando

Axel's take: 7.7/10

Generous family space and helpful staff, but upkeep needs to catch up. A budget-friendly 3-star all-suite hotel near Old Town Kissimmee, scored for what it is.

This 3-star all-suite hotel in Kissimmee is a practical pick for families who want room to spread out rather than polished surroundings. Full kitchens, separate bedrooms, included breakfast and an outdoor pool make longer park trips easier. Booking.com and Expedia guests repeatedly praise the spacious layouts, convenient location and friendly staff. Old Town and nearby dining add useful options beyond the theme parks.

The trade-off is inconsistent upkeep. Recent reviews describe dated interiors, maintenance faults and occasional musty smells or poorly cleaned floors, alongside plenty of clean-room reports. Elevator outages recur in guest feedback, so confirm access if stairs would be difficult. There is a nightly resort fee, parking costs extra, and the complimentary park shuttle runs on a limited schedule. We'd choose it for family practicality, but skip it if spotless finishes and dependable facilities matter most.

Best for: Families needing separate bedrooms; Longer stays with self-catering; Value-minded theme-park trips
Watch out for: Dated interiors and uneven cleaning; Recurring elevator outage reports; Resort fee and paid parking
Location: Beside Old Town and nearby dining; convenient for Disney trips, though a car adds flexibility.
Rooms: Spacious kitchen suites with separate bedrooms; furnishings and maintenance show their age.
Cleanliness: Mostly positive overall ratings, but recent reports of dirty floors and musty smells warrant caution.
Service: Friendly front-desk and breakfast staff are consistent strengths across guest reviews.
Amenities: Included breakfast, outdoor pool, hot tub, gym and guest laundry; park shuttles are scheduled and capacity-limited.
Fees and surprises: Nightly resort fee, daily parking charge and pet fees; confirm elevator operation if step-free access is essential.
