The Fountains is a condo-style timeshare resort, not a traditional luxury four-star hotel. It’s a strong pick for families wanting space between park days: suites have full kitchens and washers and dryers, while the pools and waterslides give children plenty to do without leaving. Recent Expedia and Tripadvisor guests repeatedly praise spacious accommodations, cleanliness and helpful staff; Booking.com’s strong ratings broadly agree. We’d choose it for a longer, self-catering family trip.

The biggest current drawback is renovation work: the hotel warns of construction noise from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily through November 2026.
