Axel's take: 8.4/10

A strong Winter Park base for clean, roomy stays, with parking frustrations. A modern, select-service all-suite Marriott in Winter Park, scored for what it is.

This modern, select-service all-suite Marriott is a strong pick for Winter Park visits, particularly if clean rooms and practical space matter more than resort facilities. Expedia and Booking.com guests repeatedly praise cleanliness, comfortable rooms and welcoming staff; recent Expedia reviews remain strongly positive. Included hot breakfast, a gym and a small lobby restaurant/bar make it a useful base for business trips or visiting Rollins College.

The main drawback is parking: it costs extra, guests repeatedly mention poor disclosure, and some spaces require a short walk. A February 2026 guest also reported construction restricting convenient parking; whether that disruption continues is unconfirmed. Road-noise reports are mixed, so light sleepers should request a room away from Orlando Avenue. We'd choose somewhere else for a stay centered on strolling Park Avenue directly from the doorstep.

• Best for: Winter Park and Rollins College visitors; Business travelers; Families wanting extra room space

• Watch out for: Paid parking, sometimes away from the entrance; Possible Orlando Avenue traffic noise; Not directly on Park Avenue

• Location: Near restaurants and shopping in Ravaudage; Marriott places Rollins College a five-minute drive away.

• Rooms: Modern suites with sitting/work space, microwaves and mini-fridges; road-noise experiences vary.

• Cleanliness: A clear strength across Booking.com ratings and recent Expedia guest reviews.

• Service: Recent feedback consistently praises friendly, helpful staff, though Tripadvisor is more mixed.

• Amenities: Included hot breakfast, a 24-hour gym, laundry facilities and a small-plate restaurant/bar.

• Fees and surprises: Daily parking charge; overflow parking may involve a walk, and February 2026 construction disruption is not confirmed ongoing.
