NH Nice is a practical 4-star city hotel: a strong pick for room space and tram access rather than seaside atmosphere. Booking.com and Expedia guests consistently praise clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff and the varied breakfast. The rooftop pool and terrace add a welcome summer bonus. We'd choose it for a straightforward sightseeing stay, especially if being outside the busiest tourist streets appeals.

The trade-off is location: the Old Town is roughly 15–20 minutes away on foot, and this is not a beachfront hotel. Traffic noise crops up across review sites, so light sleepers should request a quieter room. The hotel lists the outdoor rooftop pool as open May–September; October–April stays miss that attraction.
