Axel's take: 8.3/10

A strong airport base with praised service, but room renovations warrant checking ahead. A full-service 4-star business hotel near Mumbai airport, scored for what it is.

This full-service 4-star business hotel is a strong pick for airport stopovers and work trips in north Mumbai. Recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guests repeatedly praise helpful staff, clean, comfortable rooms and the substantial breakfast buffet; Booking.com feedback echoes the food and service strengths. The rooftop outdoor pool, gym and spa give it more appeal than a purely functional overnight stop, and Saki Naka Metro is close by.

The main compromise is the busy junction setting, well away from South Mumbai’s headline sights. More importantly, select guestrooms are being refurbished: Expedia lists work through October 31, 2026, subject to change, while Booking.com gives no firm completion date. Ask for a room away from daytime work, particularly before a post-flight sleep. We'd skip it for a sightseeing-first holiday or guaranteed daytime quiet. Confirm airport transport directly rather than assuming a complimentary shuttle.

• Best for: Airport stopovers; North Mumbai business trips; Travelers who value attentive service

• Watch out for: Guestroom refurbishment and possible daytime noise; Busy junction setting, far from South Mumbai sights; Airport transport needs direct confirmation

• Location: Near Mumbai airport and Saki Naka Metro; better for stopovers than South Mumbai sightseeing.

• Rooms: Generally praised as comfortable and well kept; select rooms are undergoing refurbishment.

• Cleanliness: A consistent strength across recent Tripadvisor and Expedia guest feedback.

• Service: Helpful front-desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff attract repeated praise.

• Amenities: Rooftop outdoor pool, gym, spa, restaurant and bar; complimentary self-parking.

• Fees and surprises: Expedia lists paid airport transfers, but IHG says no airport shuttle; confirm arrangements and renovation status.
