Axel's take: 8.9/10

A strong arena base with spacious rooms, welcoming staff and a few breakfast hiccups. a comfortable, select-service 3-star near Fiserv Forum, scored for what it is.

This select-service 3-star is a strong pick for Bucks games, concerts and Brewery District weekends. Tripadvisor and Expedia guests consistently praise clean, spacious rooms and welcoming staff, while Booking.com’s cleanliness and comfort ratings reinforce that picture. Sofa beds make the rooms practical for families, and included breakfast adds value. We'd choose it for straightforward comfort and the roughly five-minute walk to Fiserv Forum, rather than boutique character or luxury extras.

The main compromises are parking and breakfast consistency. Hotel parking is paid valet only, although independent alternatives are nearby. Breakfast earns plenty of praise, but several recent Expedia guests describe slow replenishment and understaffing. The location favors the arena and breweries over the Third Ward; we'd look elsewhere if that neighborhood is the focus of your trip.

  • Best for: Bucks fans and concertgoers; families wanting extra room; Brewery District weekends

  • Watch out for: paid valet-only hotel parking; occasional breakfast replenishment delays; less convenient for the Third Ward

  • Location: Excellent for Fiserv Forum and nearby breweries; less central for Third Ward sightseeing.

  • Rooms: Spacious rooms with sitting areas and sofa beds; kitchens are reserved for suites.

  • Cleanliness: A consistent strength across recent guest reviews and major booking-site ratings.

  • Service: Warm, helpful staff receive repeated praise; breakfast staffing is less consistent.

  • Amenities: Included hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour gym, and Block One Lounge with a patio.

  • Fees and surprises: Valet parking and dogs cost extra; Expedia also lists possible early-arrival and late-departure fees.
