Axel's take: 8.4/10

A strong family base with roomy suites, welcoming staff and paid parking. a suburban 3-star all-suite hotel with in-room kitchens, scored for what it is.

This suburban 3-star all-suite hotel is a strong pick for families and longer stays, particularly if you’ll use the kitchen. Expedia and Booking.com guests consistently praise the spacious rooms, cleanliness and friendly staff; recent Tripadvisor reviews reinforce that picture. Shops and restaurants around the Mayfair Collection are walkable, while highway access makes this a practical base for exploring by car. Included hot breakfast, an indoor pool and a gym round out a useful package.

The main catch is paying for parking at a suburban hotel, although covered spaces are available. A few recent guests describe missed housekeeping visits, and breakfast gets occasional complaints about quality or replenishment amid mostly positive feedback. We’d skip it for a car-free downtown break, but recommend it for space and everyday convenience.

• Best for: families wanting room to spread out; longer stays with kitchen access; travelers exploring by car

• Watch out for: paid parking; occasional housekeeping lapses; suburban rather than downtown location

• Location: Walkable shopping and dining around the Mayfair Collection, with convenient I-41 access.

• Rooms: Spacious suites with cooking facilities and full-size refrigerators; guests regularly praise comfortable beds.

• Cleanliness: Strong overall feedback, with occasional missed cleaning details or housekeeping visits.

• Service: Warm, helpful front-desk staff are a consistent highlight across review sites.

• Amenities: Included hot breakfast, indoor pool, fitness center, laundry facilities and Wednesday evening reception.

• Fees and surprises: Self-parking costs extra; covered spaces are available, and pets incur a nonrefundable fee.
