We’d consider it for a short sightseeing stay: the cathedral is about 300 meters away, and the hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor pool. Location is its clearest strength, while Booking.com and Expedia’s overall ratings suggest a generally satisfactory rather than standout stay.

The catch is inconsistent upkeep.
